That sounds like an excellent Pipe idea. would allow you to cross pipes over each other in interesting ways.

Great Idea Arahknid!

Sorry for the double post here, but i just found out that i cannot change the Item ID of the Void Pipe.

I was successfully able to change the rest of the pipes ID’s but not The Voids, It still remains the Default ID even though it is changed in the Config file.

I’m not sure if it is me, or something with the mod, but wanted to let you know.

Its something with my mod. Silly mistake on my part. It will be fixed in next version. Are you just testing stuff or did I manage to pick item ids that conflict with something?

Call it? … that’s a good question. Maybe a routing pipe? To craft it though, I can see a diamond pipe being part of it… how about …

Empty – Redstone – Empty
Iron Pipe – Diamond Pipe – Iron Pipe
Empty – Redstone – Empty

And on the GUI, would it be possible to make the in-out ‘programmable’?
Say, like… In from Red Out to Blue, In from Blue out to White, and In from Black out to White?

That way you could have multiple inputs going to the same output but if it comes in on one color it will go through the other colors before going to main output. Hope I didn’t just confuse the idea there. LOL

Or… on the name… maybe a Spider Pipe? ~ego trip~

Thanks for the Quick reply Krapht.

No I am just rearranging all of my ids so that i know wich ones are used and which ones were free. I wanted all the Pipes for BC together in NEI window so that I could find them easier.

Hey Krapht! I really love your logistic pipes and your sneaky pipes as well. Do you think you could make something like an advanced extraction pipe that would automatically take out a whole inventory of a chest or whatever it’s connected to at once, and sort of have an interface like both the sneaky pipes and the advanced wooden transport pipe (from additional pipes) so you could choose from where things were extracted and what was extracted. If you did make something like that, it would kind have to be a semi-expensive recipe, say a sneaky pipe with gold gears on either side. I’d love a pipe like this so I wouldn’t have to use much of Eloraam’s redpower for my auto-sorting system. Hope you can give it a try!

Hey Krapht, I’ve got a minor issue.

I have Sneaky Pipes installed with a bunch of other mods. When I started up Minecraft for the first time with all those mods, I had to run the ID resolver mod to fix everything. When I search for a Sneak Pipe item in NEI, their little picture doesn’t show up at all. It does the same in my inventory. But, once I place the pipe in the world, it is visible and functions perfectly (GUI is in order, functions correctly).

Any thoughts?

I love this mod, and the logistics pipes. Thanks for all the work you put into this stuff!

EDIT: the poster above me seems to be having the same issue.

Love your work Krapht, but could you please put the version of the mod in the title? Of both your mods if you please. It would make looking for updates so much easier than having to check the post each time I get a chance to play MC.

Not being an ass of course…just….begging?

Sure, I’ll do that next time I update =)

Hey, I had an idea for another pipe. Less sneaky, though. Would it be possible to make a pipe with a light value? Perhaps an always-on one that uses glowstone and one that is only on when power passes through it (so, it’d be a conductive glowstone pipe?). That way you can make some low-profile lighting to keep your maintenance areas lit. :)

Just a question, but is there a way to make Sneaky Pipes work with Logistic Pipes? For example put a supplier pipe below a sneaky pipe or vice versa, and the supplier fills the machine with the settings from the sneaky pipe?

Great mods btw. I really like them =D
