wtf o.0 I just tried it again and now it seems to work
…..
wow thats weird, might have been a bug with ID resolver the first time, I’ve had weird instances where it will assign IDs and crash the first time and then when tried again it works for no apparent reason
well atleast it seems to be working now, If come up with a bug that doesnt end up fixing itself i’ll let ya know lol
thanx for looking into it

The control panel isn’t finished. cybrshdw’s port is of the latest svn build, so it included the half-finished control panel, hence why it doesn’t have a proper sprite yet.

Can’t seem to get this to load on MC1.2.5, with Forge 3.1.2.90 Client.
Loaded nothing except Modloader, Forge and BuildCraft, using all the Alpha 3.1.5 Alpha modules, and also Additional BuildCraft Objects (though it happens without that as well).
EDIT:
(Removed Console output)
Found out why. Using an older version of the mod. Stupid me.

minecraft didnt crash, I just updated to the 1.2.5 version, and i Havent been able to extract energry from the solar array, had it set up with several reflectors at the appropriate height, have a lapis conductive pipe attached and then gold conductive pipe, tried connecting it to a energy store as well as a couple machines trying to run them(most noteably the assembly lasers) but there is no visible energy moving thru the pipe and when i checked the energy store it remained empty, tried reinstalling it a couple times, dunno if it matters but when installing it ID resolver complained about several IDs clashing with and needing to overite buildcraft core, transport and energy ones

DZCreeper

Try removing ID Resolver and change id’s manually. If it works report back.

Reaper

well another mod bugged everything out to the point that I’m reinstalling everything, I’ll retest it after I finish and let you know

April 24, 2012 at 1:48 am #19684

cybrshdw

for the solar stuff filling a energy store it does take a lot of the reflectors to see anything noticable

cybrshdw

if you are also having issues it might be ModLoaderMP and the new ForgeModLoader and buildcraft dont require ModLoaderMP anymore

Reaper

well finally got to retest it, mp is not installed, have over 60 reflectors set up, installed without ID resolver now, and still no visible energy, gonna let it run idle for a while and see if the storage fills up at all
Edit: nope, not filling up :/

Redownload all parts of Buildcraft again, looks as if your missing a part.

Yeah, you need the silicon package too. Though I’m not entirely sure if that’s what caused it..
Uni work has kept me out of the loop with this whole Forge and MLMP thing, are you sure you need both?
